SHIPPING CHARGES & PARCEL INFORMATION

Most parcels weigh up to a maximum of 2kg with dimensions of = 35cm length x 25cm height x 10cm width.

Standard delivery by Road costs approximately 200 THB.

Express, remote location and Island deliveries using Road or other methods of transport may cost more than 200 THB.

Larger parcels over 2kg weight and dimension of 35cm x 25cm x 10cm may cost more than 200 THB.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

Mainland express deliveries usually take between 1-2 working days, depending on geographical location and stock availability.

Mainland standard deliveries usually take between 2-7 working days, depending on the geographical location, and stock availability.

Deliveries to Islands and remote locations may take longer.

GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS

We ship throughout Thailand and normal delivery method is by Road. For remote locations and Islands, it may involve delivery by sea, rail or by air.

Deliveries to customers are sent out and received on working days only, which means Monday to Friday and not on weekends, or public holidays.

Orders placed before 11 A.M. are processed on the same working day, and deliveries are subject to stock availability.
Goods are sent out after full payment has been completed successfully.

If the item is not in stock, we will email you and inform you when it will be back in stock and items will be shipped on the next available working day when stock is available.

It is the customers’ responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and contact details and, furthermore, to be present when a delivery arrives. In addition, if someone else signs and/or receives the parcel at the delivery address provided other than the ordering customer, it is not the responsibility of the sender.

If parcels are returned to the sender, the customer must pay for the order to be re-shipped.
If a parcel is forwarded to a local depot, the consumer must arrange to collect the parcel at his/her own expense.

“Force Majeure” events, such as natural disasters, health pandemics and policy changes from carriers may delay deliveries and returns and are out of the control of the sender. Sale items may also be subject to delivery delays. In all cases the customer my or may not be notified.

Deliveries are undertaken by third party carriers; hence the sender is not responsible for any shipping delays, parcel losses or damages, however the sender may help customers in resolving issues and claims with the carriers at its own discretion.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES 

Different modes of transport, carriers and services may be used to deliver parcels internationally. And this would incur more shipping charges to the customer.

In addition, Customs Fees and Taxes may also apply to parcels being received outside Thailand. It is the responsibility of the consumer to clear the goods in his/her country of import.

We strongly advise to check the rules of importation, tax, Customs and Duties in the country of Import, where the goods will be delivered to before making a purchase on the website, as it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any tax or Customs fees due when the goods arrive in your country outside of Thailand.

You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with further details. In this e-mail you will find a link that allows you to determine the exact tracking information of your shipment online.
Shipping costs are based on weight per parcel, hence each order is charged a minimum shipping cost. Furthermore, once an order has been completed in the online shop it cannot be combined with another order.
We will deliver to Thailand, mainland or Islands. We can deliver packages internationally also at extra charges, see Shipping Terms.
