PRODUCT RETURN

You may return products ordered online within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.

Please find below the instructions for the return.

Step 1: Please ensure that the items you return are in a resaleable condition for a refund. “Resalable” condition means that the item has no signs of wear and all tags, labels and packaging is intact and in good order, otherwise the return may be rejected.

Step 2: Complete and enclose the return form or write on a slip/piece of paper your name and order number, so we know the parcel is from you, and send the parcel containing the products also to the address below, ensuring you have purchased a tracked and signed postage service, so the parcel does not get lost:

Step 3: Go to maskateer.co.th and place a brand new order with the new size or product you require.

Step 4: Once we receive your returned item and it is approved after checking, we will notify you and issue a refund accordingly.

REFUNDS

As soon as we have received your return, we will check the products and issue a refund. The refund will be made within 14-21 working days of receipt of return.

Please be sure to enter the correct email address to receive such notifications and check your Junk mail folder also.

You can return an item for exchange or within 14 days.

Shipping on returns and exchanges is always covered by you, the customer. Just arrange your own shipper to send the items back to us and we will notify you of shipping costs to pay to send the new item back to you.

You can exchange shapewear, underwear or jewelry as long as it is still in an unused condition.
